Effects of youtube to students and its evolution

Youtube has greatly affected lives of students nowadays. Youtube have given anyone the opportunity to access internet, and broadcast themselves with the videos they have posted. People cannot only post their media but can search anything from music videos, tutorial videos for instructions or a clip from the television. Youtube can have positive and negative effects for a person. Positive effects for students include different videos spread regarding the needs of a student. It can help a students understand his/her lesson in school. Youtube provide videos that give tutorial, techniques, and easy ways to find a solution to a students problems. And the best thing is that it is for free and no log in's are needed. Negative effect I see was students become dependent on youtube to the point that they got all informations there and letting their brain become lazy and not to think on what to contribute. And also youtube is addictive to others, the tendency is that when a student have a class break he/she can just watch their favorite videos and not to study at all. 


Video sharing to our friends and classmates on the youtube is easy, fun, and construct participation of audiences. Education styles using multimedia and other visual aids has strengthen the component of many subjects curriculum, and today’s educators are taking steps to include the Internet and media-based tools to improve participation and learning for students. Still, video sharing could prove to have multiple benefits. 
Class projects requires presentations or paths on how to do something could be improved with video uploading. Imagine finishing a video project with your classmates and uploading to youtube, and linking the site to your class for everyone to view, share, and rate based on the topic. It would be a great way to collaborate students and provide live feedback on ongoing projects.


Different features like chatting can be one evolution of youtube. Calling other users can also be done. We cannot predict the fast pace of evolving technology. We just have to get flow by it.  Different ideas may come out on the developer of youtube to make it more easy and fun to use at the same time people can do anything with just one site and provide best service they can be.
